Job description
In this internship you will assist Ufenau Capital Partners as part of its Benelux investment team. The position is located at Ufenau’s office in Amsterdam.
As an intern you will work as an integral team member, meaning you will have exposure to the entire investment process. Responsibilities include:
- Screening and analysis of potential Benelux investments, as well as industries and markets
- Financial assessment of the investment opportunities
- Assistance in the execution of transactions (offer letters, due diligence, legal agreements, etc.)
- Support in day-to-day operations of the Benelux investment portfolio”
