The internship:
If you are a senior student that is keen to explore the possibilities to pursue a career in corporate finance, M&A, (strategy) consulting, this internship might be the perfect fit. In 3-6 months you will delve into an immersive internship experience and have the opportunity to collaborate with several group departments like Global Control & Strategy, M&A, Investor Relations, data analytics, procurement and Global Business units (incl outsourcing practice, country organisations etc). Each team has its own challenges, learning objectives and activities. In a short period you will work on diverse financial & strategic projects with exposure to international top management, challenging your analytical and communication skills and ability to adapt. The projects range from working on Randstads global transformation to assisting client teams, from financial periodic reporting to market entry studies and competitor profiling. Although your projects are diverse and flexible, you work in a team and have a manager who helps to set context, divides workload and helps you with your personal development and growth goals.
