Job description
As an intern, you will work closely with the investment professionals in Bridgepoint’s Benelux office, and will support with the appraisal of potential investment opportunities as well as the execution of transactions in the Benelux region. Candidates will gain investing and operational experience across various sectors. Responsibilities may be comprised of:
- Deal sourcing support (i.e. identify and source investment opportunities)
- Analyse potential investment opportunities
- Conduct in-depth market research
- Involvement in M&A execution
- Business and operational analysis (such as due diligence and financial analysis
