To start as an (Sr.) Associate, an academic background in supply chains or operations is no requirement. However, M3 expects you to have an eagerness to learn. They are looking for academic graduates and recent starters with demonstrable solid analytical skills, above-average study results, and relevant working experience or extracurricular activities.
