During the introductory meeting with one of our RD consultants, we discuss your background, CV, strengths, and of course, your ambitions. What areas would you like to further develop? What challenges are you facing in your current job? Where is there room for growth? Based on these points, we explore the opportunities within our network and encourage you to think outside the box.
The first contact is made. Based on your profile, we introduce you to relevant parties and ensure that your application reaches the right person within the organization. If needed, we can also assist you in updating your CV.
For experienced professionals, having a cup of coffee is often the first step in the interview process. If you’re invited, we’ll assist you in preparing. We know the procedure and your interviewer, so we can guide you on exactly what to focus on. Not invited? We’ll ensure you receive constructive feedback from our partner and help you find suitable alternatives.
The interviews are over, time for reflection. How did the conversations go? Together, we’ll assess which position suits you best and explore the room for negotiation. Haven’t found the right option yet? No worries, we’ll continue the search for other opportunities.

Onze klant heeft momenteel vier platformbedrijven in portefeuille en heeft de ambitie daar nog twee à drie platforms aan toe te voegen. De focus in deze rol ligt op het identificeren, beoordelen en aankopen van ondernemingen binnen deze platformen.
